Walnut Waterfall Coffee Table

While working on a different project I was visiting my sawyer and discovered this unique walnut slab. I didn’t know what I’d do with it initially, but it was so full of character I couldn’t leave without it. It was in my shop against a wall and I’d walk by it nearly every day dreaming about different ideas. After two months of looking and measuring and designing in my head, I decided to turn this into a waterfall table. The inlaid bow ties are from splatted persimmon that was on the sawyer’s land.
